Confidential rate and communication protocol

Contractor agrees that rates, bids, payment timing, invoice terms, and related pricing are confidential business terms between Arcadia and Contractor. Contractor will not discuss those terms with the property manager, tenant, site contact, owner representative, or client contact. Scheduling, access, site conditions, and change requests must route through Arcadia Procurement unless Arcadia authorizes another contact path in writing.

I reviewed the scope, fixed package rate, closeout photos, insurance, and invoice requirements. I understand the property address is released only after agreement verification.
